Ownership

We are a self-run, financially- independent pharmaceuticals company. The principal shareholder is the Steinegg Foundation, based in Herisau. The Foundation is keen to promote and preserve a healthy business structure within the region.

In conjunction with the extension of our leading market position, the investment in personnel and infrastructure of recent years created the essential conditions for our company’s healthy and sustained development.

We are determined to maintain our successful long-term position as a producer and marketer within the national and international market, and aim to expand our business activities on an ongoing basis.
