Production of liquid drugs

A variety of different facilities are available for the production of syrups and solutions. The spectrum extends from basic solutions to finished drug forms with synthetic or botanical active substances.

Production of semi-solid drugs

On fully-automatic plants we offer flexible batch sizes for the production of ointments, creams, emulsions, pastes and gels. The qualified plants are equipped with integrated CIP (cleaning in place) cleaning systems. Automatic controls regulate the mixture, dispersion and homogenisation processes.

Production of solid drugs (multiple doses / powder)

An infrastructure with three-dimensional streaming technology ensures a high degree of homogeneity. Fields of application include the production of premixes as well as mixtures containing active substances.
