Packaging of liquid forms

The filling line covers all work processes, from filling, sealing, labelling and batching to the final packaging. A variety of IPCs guarantee the safety and safeguard the consistency of the packaging materials and charges. This is suitable for liquid drug forms and drug substances.

Packaging of semi-solid forms

Depending upon the particular customer requirements and market trends, these plants are used to fill tubes made of aluminium, plastic or composite materials. This is suitable for ointments, creams, emulsions, pastes and gels. The range of filling volumes begins with sample tubes, and extends to large packs.

Packaging of solid forms

Depending upon the particular product, the filling is performed using a laminar flow or in the glove box, which is specially equipped for the packaging of oxygen-sensitive substances. The infrastructure in this field is suitable for filling powder mixtures and tablets in jars, as well as for drug substances and vitamins.
