Our product range comprises branded products and outstanding OTC pharmaceuticals. Our products are designed to be deployed for the wellbeing of consumers, and in addition to pharmaceutical expertise also require a high degree of specialist expertise. In order to ensure continuous supplies, we provide our customers with comprehensive and professional advice.

Data relating to ordering procedures, such as customer-specific master data and contact data as well as article master data, are automatically stored in our electronic database and are clearly allocated to the respective customer by means of an ID in the DocCheck account. The ID customer number represents a personal customer identification number and facilitates access to the sphere of competence.

Customers may identify themselves for the purpose of placing further orders at any time via their DocCheck login and the associated ID number, can view their personal information and can amend this if necessary.
