Fluid dosage forms

The production spectrum ranges from basic solutions to finished dosage forms (syrups, solutions) with synthetic or herbal active substances.

Semi-solid dosage forms

We produce ointments, creams, emulsions, pastes and gels on fully automated equipment. This applies to semi-finished or finished medicinal products.

Solid dosage forms

In solid dosage forms, we specialize in the production of powder mixtures. Various solid starting materials can be homogeneously mixed and filled.

Confection of liquid forms

The filling line covers all operations from filling, sealing, labeling and charging to final packaging. The production spectrum ranges from basic solutions to finished dosage forms such as syrups, oils and tinctures with synthetic or herbal active ingredients.

Converting semi-solid forms

Depending on customer needs and market trends, tubes as well as jars or cans made of different materials such as aluminum, plastic or composite materials are filled on our equipment. The range of applications includes ointments, creams, emulsions, pastes and gels. The range of filling quantities starts with the sample tube and extends to the bulk pack.

Depending on the product, the waste is processed under the laminar flow or in the glove box, which are specially equipped for the packaging of oxygen-sensitive and/or toxic substances. The infrastructure is suitable for the filling of powder mixtures and tablets in cans, as well as for medicinal substances and vitamins.
