Your main duties
- Collaborate in the applicant management and recruitment process
- Collaborate in the administrative activities for new hires and departures (employment contracts, references, etc.)
- Support in absence and time management (sickness and accident reports)
- Cooperate in staff care (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.)
- Cooperation in the BGM project
Your profile
- You have a completed commercial vocational training and a completed further training in the field of human resources.
- You already have several years of professional experience in personnel administration.
- You communicate stylistically confident in German and work adeptly on the PC.
- You have an independent, accurate and efficient way of working.
- You convince through your open, thinking as well as discreet personality.
