Paraffin viscousum (GID, PhEur)

Paraffin viscousum is a highly purified, colourless and odourless mineral oil. It is a liquid, slightly viscous substance that is widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries. Due to its stable chemical properties and ability to retain moisture, paraffin viscous is mainly used in skin care products and therapeutic applications.
