Avoid cramps at the time of the month

To relieve mild cramps during menstruation. The benefits of the main active substance, yarrow extract, include an antispasmodic effect. This product, made from yarrow extract, is another herbal preparation from Hänseler to support women’s health. Achillea is traditionally used to relieve mild cramps during menstruation. It only needs to be taken shortly before and during menstruation. The full effect is achieved after repeated use.

Dosage

Adult women and young people aged 12 and over:
1 film-coated tablet 2 to 3 times a day

Take the film-coated tablets without chewing and with sufficient liquid. This medicine is not suitable for men or for children and adolescents under 12 years of age, as there is no therapeutic benefit.

What to do if you have taken more Hänseler Achillea than you should have done: if you have exceeded the recommended dosage of film-coated tablets, please ask your doctor, pharmacist or chemist for advice. They will take appropriate steps if necessary.
