PO-HO Oil

PO-HO Oil blue is a medicinal product composed of various essential oils from medicinal plants. These essential oils are extracted by distillation from freshly harvested, carefully selected plants.

PO-HO Oil blue is suitable for:

  • Rubbing onto the skin to relieve headaches and muscle pain.
  • Inhalation and/or rubbing into the skin to treat bronchitis, sore throats, coughs, rhinitis and catarrh.

This is an authorised medicinal product. Seek advice from a specialist and read the package leaflet. 

Application

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor:

for colds, rhinitis and catarrh:
spray 3 to 5 drops of PO-HO Oil blue onto a cloth and inhale, rub 3 to 5 drops of PO-HO Oil blue onto the base of the nose and forehead. Repeat as required.

for bronchitis, sore throats and coughs:
rub the neck, chest and back with PO-HO Oil blue (10 to 20 drops).

for pain:
headaches: drizzle 5 to 10 drops of PO-HO Oil blue onto a damp cloth and rub into the forehead, neck and temples. 
for muscle pain: rub with 10 to 30 drops of PO-HO Oil blue.

An effect can also be achieved by drizzling a few drops of PO-HO Oil blue onto a damp cloth and rubbing into the painful area. Wash your hands well after use. The use and safety of PO-HO Oil blue has not yet been tested on children and adolescents. Follow the dosage specified in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If you think the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or chemist.

Composition

1 g contains: camphor oil 50 mg, eucalyptus oil 480 mg, peppermint oil 350 mg, turpentine oil maritime pine 80 mg, aromatic substances.
